These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CapitalSea platform operated by CapitalSea Private Limited (Uttar Pradesh, India). By creating an account or continuing to use the platform after a notified change, you accept these Terms.

CapitalSea is a neutral facilitator: a marketplace for business owners and investors, plus a professional directory. We provide access, search and matching (indicative only), and a contact mechanism gated by introduction credits.

• We are not a party, principal, adviser, broker, or beneficiary to any transaction between users.
• We do not organise, operate, or hold units in any pooling vehicle, syndicate, or collective investment scheme for user capital.
• Listings, messages, and documents are third-party content hosted as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access to your phone and email.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or our trust and safety rules.

• Do not post false, misleading, or identifying details that our listing rules withhold until later stages.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse rate limits, verification registries, or payment rails.
• Do not use the platform for illegal fundraising, unlicensed advice, or to circumvent securities or lending regulations.

Platform fees (listing packages, subscriptions, introduction credits) are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Indian rupees and may attract GST. Transaction consideration between users is outside CapitalSea's books.

How we collect and process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Creating an account means you also agree to that policy.

The platform is provided as available. We do not warrant that any listing, investor, or professional is suitable for your purpose. You must conduct your own diligence. Nothing on CapitalSea is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
